We asked for a review of the drains in our house, due to intermittent basement flooding. Geoff was right on time, did a complete study of our situation, and simply recommended an annual snaking of the drains. He didn't try to upsell in any way. Excellent service, pleasantly done!

They scheduled me quickly. Came a bit early. Did the job and cleaned up. All for the agreed upon price.

Geoff West and his crew took on our job, which was a conversion from a septic system to a sewer system, that involved crossing an easement. The length of the sewer line from our house to the sewer main was about 500 feet. Because of having to tap into a sewer system at a specific spot as determined by Canton Township, Geoff had to work with the engineering department, plus get additional insurance that was dictated by the township. He did his best to get these done to our advantage. Geoff was in constant contact with me throughout the process. He would respond promptly to my texts and my phone calls. I have been burned by contractors in the past, and dealing with Geoff has restored a bit of my faith that there are some contractors who care about their customers. In addition, a member of Geoff's team, Rob, was also very helpful toward the end of the job when an injection pump was being installed. Rob made sure there area in which he work was kept clean as the installation of the pump required jackhammering through concrete. Also, Rob answered additional questions I had about our new sewer system. I would recommend West Water & Sewer Specialists to help you with your needs.

Of course the house had sewage backup and wall leaks just as I was leaving for an extended vacation. After one unsuccessful snaking I was referred to West Water and Geoff and Rob noticed some other issues like the ground sinking in front of the house. After some communication snafus they responded almost immediately. They dug down deep and unclogged and repaired the broken drain running from basement to street.. They place an accessible back flow valve. Unfortunately the pipe is visible above the pile of clay that needs to settle. The pile looked pretty unpretty but it does seem to be settling down just as Rob explained. He said they could cut the pipe down after the ground settles I did manage to visit when I got back in town to see the installation of a sump pump (which the basement didn't have yet) to get the water away from the house and he placed a drain to the back of the yard. Rob explained and showed me what they had done and answered all my questions. Overall I am quite satisfied with the work they did in a timely matter.Thanks guys for doing all the the dirty work.

My sewer line needed to be replaced. The estimates for the job ranged from $12000 to $20000. I went with with West Water and Sewer and paid $12000, and I was not disappointed! Geoff was very helpful and responsive answering my questions throughout the process. He was very mindful to not damage any of the plants that I specified as important. The yard will need to be seeded in the spring, but this is to be expected considering that a 12 foot deep trench was dug right down the center of my front lawn.

Exceptional Service. my sump pump stopped working on Tuesday call them Wednesday morning was informed they needed to order a new Zoeller pump Thursday morning and install soon thereafter. Rob rang my doorbell at 10 Thursday morning and it took him all of 30 minutes to install the pump and be on his way. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. Great experience.

Rob & Geff were exceptionally knowledgeable. I had a Right of Way sink hole due to clay tile breakage by tree roots. Repair required careful digging between the curb and sidewalk to repair the collapse with PVC and ferncos. Their work with the digging machine was like a surgeon with a knife - not one chip out of the sidewalk, curb or driveway! They arrived on time, completed the work as outlined, obtaining all permits from the city. This team was professional, friendly, courteous, and the price quoted is what I paid even though they had to dig 5 extra feet - now that's going above and beyond! Anyone needing sewer work needs to have them on speed dial for ever thing dealing with drains or mains!

I needed my sewer line cleaned out. Rob answered his phone on a Saturday and was out early the next morning. Very professional and friendly, and had the clog removed in less than 15 minutes! He was also knowledgeable about the plumbing layout of my house, as I thought the main went out to the street...i was wrong, lol. Very reasonably priced for a Sunday job and he even installed a kitchen faucet for me at the last minute when I asked for a quote for it. I will use West Water and Sewer for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them!
